03.01.2022 Are you planning your wedding or event? Not sure where to start in this current climate of uncertainty? Things are changing in the way we do things. My current advice (and this is not necessarily right but is my opinion in our current climate) with regards to your flowers and your floral decorations, is to think in terms of colours and your overall colour palette rather than particular flowers or blooms. Give your Florist the freedom to create beautiful bouquets using read...ily available flowers in your colour scheme. Due to Covid 19 we are experiencing a shortage of flowers and have had increases in flower costs due partly to the shortage of flowers and also extra freight charges due to reduced passenger plane travel for imported flowers. It v appears that at this point these higher prices will be around for some time. That being said..... Now is definitely the time to come and talk to us about your floral aspirations and what you would like for your day. We understand that dates can be a bit tricky at the moment, but we will work with you and we also suggest to try and pencil something in if you can. ( check that your venue can move the date without an added cost if needed ). We are here to help you plan your beautiful wedding or event, and look forward to hearing from you to make an appointment.
