15.01.2022 What an amazing way to spend a Sunday! Thankyou to all the parents who came and supported their children whilst grading. The children all done really well to overcome their nerves and perform the techniques. Showing lots of respect towards each other in the process. The adults welcome Trevor to blue belt and Cameron to purple belt. Well deserved guys you have both definitely earnt the right to wear them proudly! Well done to everyone else who upgraded their stripes towards the next belt. As always I'm always super proud of not only the quality of the techniques shown but the caliber of character everyone is becoming, could not ask for better members! Last but definitely not least, Thankyou to sensei Geordie for taking the time out of his super tight schedule to grade us and guide the gym on our Brazilian jiu jitsu journey! Osu

14.01.2022 Proud to award Tom Greensill the adults Unison Brazilian Jiu jitsu award for 2020. Tom has really stepped up this year, often opening the gym up early so that other students can work on grading material or for those that want more rolling rounds. He has also started his own wrestling class for those interested in expanding their repertoire. From what I have seen it is very structured, safe and intergrates a foundation from which to work off. Pretty much following the standard of all other classes at Unison. Well done Tom, we are privilidged to have you as a team mate. It's one thing to advance yourself but it's a totally different thing to give back to others.

14.01.2022 Unison is THE PLACE TO BE to learn Brazilian jiu jitsu in Rockhampton!! 27 hardworking members in the class. We have teachers, counsellors, security, police, engineers, uni students and parents all sharing, learning and training on the same mat!! Beginners classes Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 6pm.

13.01.2022 Ain't nothing holding back this lot! Packed Muay Thai Monday 6pm class. 24 members in the beginners and 8 hard working advanced members in the sparring drills class.

11.01.2022 This little warrior totally deserved the children's Unison Muay Thai award for 2020!! From moving up from training in the kids class to training with adults her work ethic and technique has improved tremendously. Jasmine is going from strength to strength and is sure to go far in any endeavor she chooses to embark on.

05.01.2022 Important!!! Please find a change of times for the BJJ gradings this weekend. Due to a cancellation of flights out of our control, gradings have been pushed back to kids: 12:30pm to 2pm and adults 2:15pm to 6:15pm.
