24.01.2022 WE NEED YOU!!! Thursday saw our AGM held and unfortunately the turnout was poor. We were not able to fill all positions, most notibly Secretary & Treasurer. We will now have a Special General Meeting on Thursday January 7th, 630pm at our clubhouse on Tavistock Street in the hopes to filling these positions. 19.01.2022 We are currently lucky to be operating under a COVID safe plan but we all must ensure we are following safe practises both on and off the field for not only players but spectators as well. Everyone entering United’s fields must follow our protocols so we can continue the season without further tightening in restrictions. Please follow all signage and directions of volunteers at the fields and if you have any symptoms no matter how mild please get tested and do not attend any matches or training until cleared to do so.

The female section of th...e Tournament, the Open Women Category, provides female players the opportunity, to win selection for the Joeys All Star tour of Germany. Players selected receive a one thousand dollar subsidy, to join the team, on a 24 day coaching and playing tour, where players have the chance to be spotted and to be offered a contract to play football in Germany, one of the Power Houses of World Football. Not only that subsidies are given at the weeklong tournament, one of the selected players will be awarded a fully paid tour valued at 7800 dollar on the last day of the tournament. James was a strong believer of helping out people in need so United and James family are setting up a fund which will be called the James Charnock Award This fund will be set up to support United players and to help with things as football fees, school fees, textbooks etc. This is a fantastic way to remember James, when the time comes we will receive nominations and the family will decide on how to dispe...rse the funds. 15.01.2022 Don't miss out on trials for the Football Queensland Wide Bay Talent Support Program (TSP) and Skill Acquisition Phase (SAP) program for 2021. Registrations are... now open for all Wide Bay participants aged between nine and 16 who are interested in trialling for the TSP and SAP programs, with trials to be held in Bundaberg and the Fraser Coast.
