18.01.2022 Staying at home with a cracked heat exchanger is down right dangerous. We arrived on site, inspected the Brivis Buffalo 20 unit and found the system to have a cracked heat exchange which makes this system no longer safe to use due to potential carbon monoxide leaks. We turned the unit off at the power point and gas valve, and gave the office a call to quote for new system will be provided. ... The occupier was 90 years of age and the son was awesome in making sure she was looked after and we did the same with a new unit being installed on Thursday. @ Melbourne, Victoria, Australia
