18.01.2022 We watched One born every minute last night and our hearts broke to know that yet another family have lost a baby to SIDS. The growing amount of families we are now meeting and hearing about since Jasmyn's passing that have been torn apart by SIDS truly amazes us. Before we were exposed to this awful nightmare we never really thought about it or heard about it. This needs to change Please talk about it, be apart of it, ask questions, talk about our children, share any of the ...River's Gifts or our post. Please help us raise awareness. 100 babies a year in Australia and their families depend on it. How is this still happening, why, why, why? River's Gift relies solely on donations and sponsorships to fund research and... educate on SIDS and safe sleep. This support is so gratefully received at this difficult time. "Hi all, 5 years ago on Monday I lost my daughter at 20 weeks of age to SIDS. Following this we started a business to keep busy. We are having a sale at the moment on a couple of items where 100% of sales will be donated to River's Gift to help find out why babies are still dying for an unknown reason. So our stacking men and name puzzles will be sold for $15 until Monday night. These are normally $25 each. 15.01.2022 UNITING FOR JASMYN (APRIL CHALLENGE) Join the Willcox family in honouring their little girl Jasmyn, and get involved with Mum Runner's "Fill Your Cup" virtual... challenge in the month of April. The initiative involves self care challenges and you can choose to get involved with as many of these challenges as you wish. $5 from every registration will be donated to River's Gift and helping our mission of "Stamping Out SIDS"! Every runner will receive a collapsable keep cup "medal", which you can use during other runs to avoid the use of disposable plastic cups. Out of 200 spots, just 95 remain. Let's spread the word :-)

14.01.2022 Thank you to every one that participated in and/or shared the "Fill your Cup April Virtual Running Challenge" We are so thankful to every one and proud to announce that the challenge raised $550 which was donated to River's Gift today in Jasmyn's honour. A big thank you to Sandy from Mum Runner who put it all together and made it happen

06.01.2022 The inaugural River's Gift Gala Ball in Brisbane - a monumental day in River's Gift history as we spread our wings, celebrated and raised funds in Queensland. ...Thank you to our major sponsors, Our GP Medical Centres, our bronze sponsors - Snuza and our event partners - The Calile Hotel, Igby Productions, Fava Productions and Frank Lane. 02.01.2022 Unfortunately with everything that's happening with COVID -19 we have had to make the decision to cancel this year's Gala. We are beyond devastated that we are unable to get together with you all and raise funds and awareness for SIDS in Jasmyn's honour however we are still determined to raise money for much needed research. We have partnered with Mum Runner for a virtual run challenge for the month of April to help raise funds (registrations are still open). For details on this click on the link below.
