09.01.2022 CONGRATULATIONS Well done Rich, all that hard work and dedication to your training really paid off! Rich came first in the 90kg class with a 210kg Squat, 147.5kg Bench, and 242.4kg Deadlift! That's a whopping 600kg total!... His previous PBs in September 2019 were, 185kg Squat, 140kg Bench, and 230kg Deadlift. Totalling 555kgs. Rich added 45kgs to his total - What an improvement! To top it off, its only March! We can't wait to see what Rich is going to achieve this year Rich's strength program and prep was designed by Lachlan Large, if you would like to know more about our programming and how it can give you the competitive edge hit us up - we would love to hear from you!

07.01.2022 Mobility and Stretch are on Fridays at 5.30am! We work on recovery techniques such as Myotheraphy and Triggerpoint release, these techniques help us to reduce muscle soreness, fatigue, and support active stretching routines to improve a range of motion and joint health! This reduces risk of injury. Why ya'll need this? Let’s be honest 99% of is won't/can't make time to do it at home or especially after big weeks of physical exercise when we would benefit from it the most...... So we done this really cool thing and created a dedicated time and space to work on recovery with our trainer Grace. It also gives the opportunity to learn new techniques to apply outside of class and (hopefully) this builds good habits around self-care - end goals. Benefits: feels awesome, less sore, faster recovery after exercise, boosts circulation, improved strength through greater ROM. This is part of the group class services as recovery and injury prevention is important. However we provide the opportunity for you to come and participate casually for $20, come get stretchy.
