15.01.2022 While we may not be able to offer extra circular activities right now, we are still able to provide a social program for our home care individuals! We provide a space you can socialise and join in a range of activities including; arts and crafts, outdoor games, board games and film screenings!

10.01.2022 Having a fitness routine has never been more important as we age, and swimming is ideal for low bearing weight exercise. If you're having trouble getting to your exercise class, don't give up!
