15.01.2022 Finally our custom made Urban Leopard massage balls are back! . . These lacrosse balls just happen to be the perfect size & density to get in the nooks & crannies of your muscles enabling a deep muscular release like no other. .... . Think of them like a well placed elbow or thumb. . . SOME POINTERS for how to use a massage ball effectively . . 1 To release your muscle make sure you E A S E the ball gradually into your tight spots. . . Too fast & youll tighten up against the ball making the whole process counter productive. . . 2 Sit in on that tender point for 30 seconds to 2 minutes. It should feel like a good pain. . . 3 Try & relax into the ball, dont fight it. Its doing you so much good. . . 4 Target the squishy part of your muscle - avoid the bone . . . 5 Watch some good quality Netflix while doing this - itll distract you & youll stay on the ball longer than 5 minutes. . . 6 Wait until the pain DISSIPATES (it probably wont ease completely) before moving onto another hot spot. . . 7 Once finished, stretch the muscle that youve just released, itll help iron out the rest of the kinks & give the muscle feedback of its newfound length. . . You dont just have to use lacrosse balls. Ive used door handles, door frames, rocks, weight racks & kettlebells to release my tight spots. But Im a Myotherapist & into that sort of thing. . . I thought it would cost me too much time setting someone up with odd jobs throughout the week. .... . But something about this girl Rosie made me say yes. . . And Im so glad I did! Not only was she an absolute delight but she was incredibly helpful. . . All those important but not urgent jobs Id pushed down the priority list, Rosie forced me to address & then happily & competently actioned them. . .
