Urban Thai Spa is currently operating at reduced hours and has suspended a few of our treatments/services until further notice. Before you visit or schedule an appointment, please familiarise our clinic protocols that we have developed in line with Queensland Healths recommendations to ...protect you, our staffs and the public. Please do not attend the clinic if you meet one of the below criteria: 1. Currently unwell or exhibit flu-like symptoms* such as fever, fatigue, Shortness of breath, cough, sore throat, body aches 2. Recent loss of sense of smell or; 3. Recent diagnosis of COVID-19** or; 4. Recent travel history (interstate/international)*** or; 5. Recent self-quarantine history*** or; 6. Recently tested for COVID-19*** or; 7. Reside/visited a known high-risk area with a cluster of cases. When you visit the clinic, please adopt the following COVID-19 specific public health measures. 1. Hand sanitisers and soap/water available; please use - before entering and upon leaving the clinic. 2. Our staff members also have masks and gloves for further protection. 3. Non-contact greeting. 4. Cough etiquette. 5. Use of a face mask we do not object if you wish to wear a mask. * Please seek immediate medical attention by calling your GP in advance before attending the GP clinic. Alternatively, please call 13HEALTH for advice. ** Please allow 4 weeks from the day of full recovery before attending our clinic. *** Please allow 2 weeks from the end of your quarantine before attending our clinic and also inform the clinic the date, time and result of your COVID-19 test result (if applicable). You can be assured that Urban Thai continues to be fully committed in excellency and patient safety as usual. We have also invested and sourced appropriate personal protective equipment and hospital grade disinfectants to supplement our safety & hygiene protocol.
