24.01.2022 The GREENS 1WEEK CHALLENGE IS ON!!! Forget about diets... let's just get GOOD at 1 THING at a time. This week's thing is eating more Green vegetables. Try to get them into your body at least 3 times a day and look to use their goodness as a snack as well. Try a kiwi fruit, celery or a few raw beans. ... You can be as creative or simple as you want with how you ingest your greens. JUST GET EM IN PEEPS! If anyone's looking to lose some bodyfat i suggest a quick selfie so you can see tge changes in your body over the next month. Next week we'll target SUGAR!!
