21.01.2022 WHY WE HAVE CERTIFIED INSTALLERS?! This W205 C63S was saved by our certified installer IT Mechanical. Previous company has installed the downpipes poorly and not up to standard. This error leads to the customer believes that the product was faulty. WHICH IS NOT THE CASE! To install a downpipe on these cars there’s a lot more involved.... If you purchase any aftermarket product you need to make sure that an experienced shop will install it who knows what they doing. Luckily we had Saša Radovanovi from IT mechanical to save the day and give us a report about previous install. Report: Bolts and washers everywhere in the engine bay. Exhaust leak at the turbo which caused misfiring. Downpipes were rubbing firewall. O2 sensor cables were melting. Clamps were butchered. HAVE YOU HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE LIKE THIS? 17.01.2022 To All Customers, Due to the outbreak of COVID-19 everyone is worried and our management is doing our best to ensure the safety of our staff, customers and del...ivery drivers. With regret we have been forced to make the following changes to our day to day business as detailed below. 1. Our staff will be wearing a face mask most of the time as we are in contact with a large amount of people everyday. 2. Posting items is preferred but we understand if it is required urgently and shop front is still open for those who need it. 3. At this current stage we prefer payment via eftpos/credit card. Although by law we must accept cash although it is very much preferred we use contactless payment. We can arrange bank transfers as well but will need to be cleared into our account prior to ordering parts or work being carried out. Due to the high volume of banking there may be a significant waiting period for those who choose this option. 4. For the customer cars that have booked in for service, repairs or upgrades, please drop off the car at the booking date/time and leave us the key. Unfortunately the "CUSTOMER WAITING AREA" is NOT AVAILABLE at this stage according to the new rule of 4 meters distance dictated by PM. Alternatively if you do not wish come into the showroom for your booking we can accept the keys in our mail box and can discuss your booking over the phone (see attached photos for our mailbox location) Our mailbox is number "3" and located at the entrance to the compound Our staff will then will contact you through your preferred method, ie phone, email, messenger and so on to confirm the work. Along with any communication needed during the process of the work conducted on your car. 5. For all cars dropped off for servicing, repairs, and upgrades ethanol based sanitiser will be applied to door handles, steering wheel, gear sticks, hand brake, seat belts, and any other common areas the hands will be touching. This will also be applied again after the work is complete. Please advise us if you do not wish this to happen and we can organise to rebook your car at a later date or alternate solutions. If any extra jobs need to be done, as per usual we will contact you and quote you before any repairs are conducted. If anything needs to be explained in detail, we will take photos and/or a short video where possible to describe issues to the customer so that your in the loop with us and fully understand what is required.
