10.01.2022 Two hours since the charcoal was lit in the PK and Still Rocking hard! Temperature is totally stable, has not moved in an hour! Couldnt be easier! I love how you can set the vents to draw heat over the food! Vent under the charcoal open and vent over the pork open perfect for indirect cooking!
