25.01.2022 Ahoy matey! Urunga Public School is dressing up as pirates on Thursday 24th September for #PirateDay2020 and raising funds for childhood brain cancer research. A gold coin donation on the day would be greatly appreciated. Come dressed as a pirate or wear red, black and white.

20.01.2022 Big Banana is still on today! Pack your swimmers, sun screen, towel and don’t forget your lunch and water bottle. Ensure you have a dry set of school clothes to change into upon returning to school.

07.01.2022 Book Fair and Book Week Dress Up were celebrated together this year. Students picked a book they love and dressed like their favourite character from that book. From princesses to heroes, wizards and insects well done everyone on your creative costumes!

05.01.2022 BOOK FAIR HAS ARRIVED! Today students have had the opportunity to view the Book Fair and write their 'wish list' to bring home and discuss with you. If you wish to purchase any items please send money in with your child, pay at the front office or pay online (see Book Fair brochure attached photo).

02.01.2022 Book Fair at Urunga Public School starts Monday 16 November through to Wednesday 18 November. Students will have the opportunity to create a wish list on Monday and take home and discuss with their parents and carers to return on Tuesday and Wednesday to buy their items. Students can purchase items from the Book Fair before school, after school and during school break times. Do not forget that Tuesday 17 is Book Fair dress-up. Come dressed as your favourite book/ series character for the day.

01.01.2022 K-6 Fun Run - Thursday 27/8/2020 Students K-6 will be participating in our Urunga Public School In-School Fun Run tomorrow. Student can come dressed in their house colours ( Kalang = Yellow, Belinger = Blue). Please ensure that all students have suitable running footwear, sun screen, a school hat and a water bottle. Also for those students with asthma please ensure your child has their puffers with them or dropped into the school office. We are looking forward to our fun day!
