19.01.2022 Did you know .... VET students can now authorise third parties such as licensing bodies, employment agencies and potential employers to view their official Unique Student Identifier (USI) Transcript. This move will allow students to give themselves a competitive edge when applying for jobs, and can be a great time saver for employers.... The new system has been implemented after the passing of The Student Identifiers Amendment (Enhanced Student Permissions) Bill 2019, on 25 May 2020. Students who have completed a VET course after 1 January 2015 now have greater control over whether or not they give permission for third parties to view their USI Transcript. The students also have control over who they grant permission to, and which of their achievements are displayed.
