If you're sitting an Examplify exam this semester take note of these helpful tips. 1 Download your exam you’ll receive an email f...rom Exambot two working days before your exam. Login to Examplify and download the exam to the device you’ll be using during your exam. 2 Exam password the exam password will be emailed to your student email 15 minutes before the start of your exam. 3 Helpline if you have any problems before, during or after your exam, call the UWA helpline on (+61 8) 6488 1212. This phone line will be manned by UWA staff to answer your questions or help with IT issues. 4 Toilet breaks you cannot leave your computer during the first hour of the exam. If your exam duration is one hour or less, toilet breaks are not permitted. 5 Invigilators here are some things NOT to do to prevent your recording from being flagged Do not wear headphones, earplugs, hats or beanies Do not talk during your exam Do not eat during your exam And remember, during the exam period your Student Office can guide you through any exam related difficulties you may experience. 10.01.2022 Hello Everyone! We at ISD have always endeavoured to do the best for the international student community here at UWA. It has not been an easy ride since the pandemic had shut borders down since the month of march in a year ago. We have always strived to find ways of getting you back to campus in a safe way. We are aware of an online petition to the government of Australia to allow international students to return to Australia to further their studies and it will only take a f...ew minutes to fill it up. The only requirement is that you must a resident or a citizen of Australia! The link is here https://t.co/0VrG4nNmAo 12,000 signatures are needed and as of 7pm on 17th January 2021, there are more than 9000 signatures. The deadline to sign the petition is 10th February 2021. Most of the students overseas are struggling with online classes as it is a whole new method of learning. Many students as well might be required to defer either a semester or even a year due to some of their units not being available online and that has affected some of them mentally as well. Please take a moment out of your day to sign this petition to help international students return to Australia further their students. Thank you all so much. I am currently going into my second year studying Anatomy and Human Biology and Physiology. I am the current president of ISD. My favourite part about ISD as surprising as it sounds is the work that we do. We do it for the good of the international students and with the intention of making international students here feel as comfortable as possible. My goal for ISD i...n 2021 is to welcome all the current and new international students when the borders open, with open arms. I want to make their lives in UWA as easy and as comfortable as possible.
