20.01.2022 Hi everyone, we take our responsibilities as a major dining provider in Mount Victoria seriously in regards to Coronavirus. We are closing the cafe and restaurant temporarily to walk-in guests. We will take lunch (12-2:30pm) and dinner bookings (6-8pm) but these must be booked in advance. Call 0488197429 or email [email protected] This way, we can ensure we limit the number of guests in one room at any one time and that we can maintain hygiene practises between guest arrivals. So please continue to visit us, but phone ahead and make a time. You will have piece of mind that we are considering yours, our staff and our families health as our number 1 priority.

15.01.2022 Hi all in line with new State and Federal directives in relation to COVID-19 all aspects of the Guesthouse are now closed. If you still have an accommodation booking for March or April through Booking.com or Expedia or any of their subsidiaries please cancel. If you have booked direct with us your booking will be automatically cancelled. Stay safe everyone and we will see you all when this is over

15.01.2022 We are Covid-safe. We have registered a covid safe plan with the government and are following all advised procedures. This is displayed in reception. - digital registration for external patrons. -socially distanced tables in restaurant and disinfected after every use with use of paper towel only. - monitoring of patron numbers in common areas. Bookings only on busy nights.... - hand sanitiser at entry. - public toilets for use only of external patrons. All in house guests to use own toilets. - new kitchen and cutlery cleaning procedures - eradication of shared bathrooms for in-house guests. This has meant we have permanently closed 5 rooms. - all in house guests receive a personal tube of hand sanitizer as part of their hygiene packs. See more
