22.01.2022 We are pleased that we will be at the Powerhouse Markets this Saturday for the first time. We will have our new savoury line of biscotti available for tasting and for sale. We have collaborated with GG Gourmet to produce two flavours of almond biscotti which we believe works incredibly well these are perfect for the cheese platter. We will also be launching our new energy bar which will be available for purchase for the first time. Please come and visit us for a taste test.
22.01.2022 Exciting times ahead, a collaboration between us and GG Gourmet will have us baking savory biscotti with GG Gourmet flavoured nuts. We have had a few test bakes and the results were good.

14.01.2022 We have been busy in the kitchen and have now added GG Gourmet's Sumac & Sesame Almonds; and Smoked Chipotle Almonds to our savoury cantuccini biscuits. We have also produced other new flavours, Chia & Marjoram, Sea Salt and Rosemary and a Sweet Lavender cantuccini.
