24.01.2022 Had to share the progress this legend has made since my last post on him. If you don’t know Nick Yafos story check out my earlier post I did on him. This guy refused to give up and now he’s a freakin’ machine! Amazing what you can accomplish and overcome with proper diet and exercise

22.01.2022 Motivation Monday. 150kg x 8 Never skip leg day, it’s half your body and it burns more fat and builds more muscle than any other workout. When done correctly of course. I rarely stray from the big 4: squats, deadlifts, leg press, walking lunges. 3-5 working sets of each adding more weight every set.

If done correctly no other style of training will get you fitter, stronger, more powerful, burning body fat or increase your agility, endurance and stamina quicker! It will drastically improve your performance with any sport, improve your mood and overall health but best of all it will make you a lot harder to kill! Lol. If you want results FAST no matter what your goal is then this is the way to train! 17.01.2022 Never skip leg day! It’s half your body and it burns fat and calories better than any other workout. I rarely stray from the most effective 4 exercises. Squats Leg press Deadlifts Lunges... I’ll usually do 4 to 5 sets of each with reps ranging from 20 to 10, going progressively heavier as the reps get lower. The most important thing is to perform the exercises correctly with a full range of motion. I see a lot of people going way to heavy than what they’re capable of lifting. All this will do is work your ego, not your muscles and put you at risk of serious injury. 14.01.2022 For those who don’t know I used to be very unhealthy. Made a fair transformation with my body but that’s far from the best part. I was 22 and felt 80. Always tired, always sick, couldn’t run and had serious sciatica issues. I was told by a doctor I would not live to see 30. Now I’m about to turn 35 and feel 20. Full of energy, full of life, never get sick, can run 5km in 17min and haven’t had a problem with my back in 10 years. Age is just number and the better we take care of ourselves the lower that number will feel do it for the right reasons

11.01.2022 Anyone finding it hard to stay on top of their training now all the gyms are closed, I am still training clients. My private studio gym in Salisbury North is still open and can offer deals even if you just want to come use the space by yourself or with a couple friends while I’m not using it. I can also teach you how to keep on top of your training at home with little to no equipment. A lot of things are going south at the moment, don’t let your health and fitness be one of them!



09.01.2022 HOME MADE PROTEIN BARS 10-15 fresh dates 2 cups egg white protein 8 Tbl spoons raw nut butter (peanut, cashew, almond, whatever you like)... 4Tbl spoons coconut oil 2Tbl spoons maple syrup Few grinds of the pink salt Put all the ingredients into a processor and blend until it’s well mixed and holds together. Press into a Small baking tray and chuck it in the fridge Makes about 12 bars

02.01.2022 Some inspiring results from this legend Brad Banks in the past 9 months. Brad has a condition called Klinefelter syndrome. Which means he was born with an extra copy of the X chromosome. Basically this means he doesn’t produce as much testosterone and more estrogen than the average male. This makes it harder for him to burn fat and build muscle. Brad came to me wanting to compete in bodybuilding. With sheer determination and consistency Brad is well on his way to transforming... his body into something he will be proud to present. His strength gains have been insane. Now able to bench press 125kg and deadlift 140kg! It hasn’t been easy for him but I’m proud of him for what he’s accomplished so far. I can’t wait to see how far I can push him and I hope I can help him achieve his dream to compete in bodybuilding. Keep up the good work Brad.
