25.01.2022 - The last 3 months of 2020 were VERY overwhelming for me! Although, I’m definitely not going to regret any part of it that made me smile, I’m also going to keep this going through 2021 (which undoubtedly will be just as busy). It’s a perfect time to reflect on all the things we felt, not necessarily let them linger but feel them like a wave and let them wash over us.... I’m going to spending the next week setting intentions around my personal and professional goals. For me, it’s incredibly important to keep growing and evolving. Do you know what your intentions are? How do you plan and set these?
