25.01.2022 Today in Poppies the babies did sensory finger painting on the veranda windows, afterwards to extend on the children interests we offered cloths and a bucket of water for them to clean and splash in. All in all today has been a fun amazing sensory adventure.

20.01.2022 How lucky are the Educators at the Valley Childrens Centre! Last week we had a visit from the Salvation Army who gave all staff a coffee pitcher to thank them as essential workers for their work throughout COVID 19. What a lovely surprise for staff and wonderful support to our local coffee shops. The Salvos are here supporting our community, if you are struggling during this time they may be able to offer assistance through Salvation Army Door Ways.

04.01.2022 Reminder From tomorrow Monday the 23rd Snapdragons and Willow children will be attending care at the Salvation Army (79 Hamilton Road New Norfolk) for the next to weeks. Please park around the back and enter through the back entrance where an educator will be waiting to escort families in. Our operating times are the same as usual 7am until 6pm. Poppies, Wisteria and before and after school care will still be attending at The Valley Children’s Centre.... Before school drop off is in the staff room. 01.01.2022 As part of Snap Dragons program we have been looking at manipulation and fine motor skills. Today the children were exploring their own piece of clay using eyes and icy-pole sticks, they used their imagination saying they are making monsters.
