21.01.2022 For us this is especially true as we groom so many special needs dogs. I give them as much of my time as they need. I won't rush them so I can groom more dogs in a day or so the owners can pick up sooner. Rushing leads to more anxiety for them and me and can lead to accidents or a relapse in their grooming training. Their needs come first. This may mean that I'm not the right groomer for some clients with a super busy schedule but for the ones with special needs they know why they'll never go anywhere else. I love my job and I love these furkids, even when they're having a bad day.

19.01.2022 Change of coat often leads to this kind of extreme matting as does regular washing or swimming without brushing and combing through when dry. Speak to your groomer about how you can maintain your dogs coat at any length.

We want your cat to arrive safe and calm. - Use a cat carrier. - Have a towel or bed in the carrier - Cover the carrier if kitty is stressed. - Don't chase his ass all 'round the house to catch him before grooming or the vet.... - Don't fight to shove him unwillingly in the carrier.
