24.01.2022 When you represent an idea that isn’t conventional but growing, it’s requires a responsibility to not just what you say - but how you say it. I’m constantly learning the best way to spread this message whilst being forthright but not overbearing. Too soft - and there’s isn’t the urgency. To hard - and you push people further into their present beliefs. - The problem with the game changers film was that too many people had made their mind up before they saw it. Also too many p...eople promote a message that is not aligned with the current scientific consensus on health, environment and welfare of humans and/or animals. - It is my proposition ethically that if we can be strong, healthy and happy without having to harm others - why wouldn’t we? - My proposition nutritionally is that if plants provide all the nutrients in varying amounts and is the only lifestyle that has been scientifically proven to prevent and in some cases reverse our biggest killer - it should be the default diet until proven otherwise - My proposition environmentally is that the world climate demands our change. What good is arguing over nutritional mechanisms in order to help humans thrive - whilst our own house burns down and we cant breathe the air around us? - It is on my position that a diet that is predominantly plants or 100% plants is the Swiss Army knife of addressing our health, environmental, and food distribution Crisis. 20.01.2022 The Harop Curl - an absolute killer of a hamstring variation . When it comes to a myth destroying lower body in the name of strength And/or hypertrophy, a barbell, dumbbells, various machine based work is going to supply you with your tofu bake and potatoes. Whether that be squat variations, olylifting, uni-lateral options, posterior chain work, however, saying that - if you aren’t adding in some sort of body weight hamstring work - you are missing some opportunity for myth destruction. The Harop Curl is a great bodyweight leg option, whilst for protecting the knee from injury, against hamstring pulls. I superset this with the weighted hip extension followed by an iso-hold for 10 seconds. Absolute furnace for the gluts and hamstrings @theglutestation

What is a downward chute can be used as an upward process. Whatever draws you into compulsive nature, you use that to become conscious. You use that momentum to grow.

And what we mechanistically see is not what the outcome actually is. It has a danger of making something awful seem spectacular, and something spectacular absolutely awful. - This then affects our definition and language around what we are looking at, which then affects our thoughts, whic...h then affects our perception. Things ain’t always what they seem. If you put anything under a microscope, with a limited or not comprehensive definition of what great / complete / quality / optimal / thriving is in its overall picture - we fall into the trap. 07.01.2022 My heart absolutely breaks for everyone caught up in these catastrophic fires in Aus . Whenever a disaster breaks, something incredible about humans (or the vast majority of them) is our ability to come together and do something beyond ourselves. Sufficient rain to have any sir god benefit is not predicted for months, We have lost more than 20 human lives, more than half a billion animals, thousands of homes, 12 + million acres of diverse rich land and our air quality i...s currently the worst in the world and the fires in Aus have been going since August with no end in sight. I am so incredibly thankful to the firefighters and volunteers who are giving their all to protect communities, lives and land. My heart goes out to all of those who have been and continue to be affected . In my own hopelessness, something that can be done, is raise awareness with my supportive audience around the . If you are in a position to and would like to donate to some of the great charities working to help those directly affected during these catastrophic times, you can do so by donating to any of the charities, some of whom I have listed below.
