20.01.2022 How Healthy is this cake? . I mainly made fully decorated cakes, which the main purpose of it is to look good. Its kind of Art Work. Some of them has lots of buttercream piped on top. You dont have to eat them all.. Scraped it off and just eat the cakes. I can put sprirulina if you want me to, just let me know.. But mainly in cakes making, what make cakes texture nice and soft is sugar. With high cakes look, need lots of buttercream to hold it. So it will be safe journey to your home.. For fruity flavour cake like rasberry, strawberry, I do really use puree powder fresh As. Just let me know if you want it less sugar on icing or the sponge. Or very simple baked sponge with little cream on top. Up to you.

14.01.2022 Happy New Year! Wishing you all safe and wonderfull life journey this year. Thank you for all your kind support to the business all this year. My apology if I havent give you good service.. I relised sometimes I havent replied to msg for days. Surely I will improved and find ways to be more effective. My New Year started with busy and hetic days. Here is the first wedding cake for the year, and some celebrations cake. 13.01.2022 Can you freeze the left over cake? Yes you can freeze cake with vegan buttercream well, just microwave them up to 20 sec before you eat. If you store cupcakes or cut cakes in fridge, microwave them 10 sec before you eat.

07.01.2022 Wedding cake from last weekend and some cake rolls picture,. I will add on the menu cake rolls. You can order one log $40 cut around 10 pcs with some flavours choices. You can also add some extra decor like flowers, macarons, or other godies. Some picture coming soon. My cake, you can store them in fridge for few days in air tight container or frezzer and simply microwave them 10 seconds before you eat. Or may be 20 if it frezzer, it will be back soft and spongy again. . And lately I have been soo busy, thank you for all your support. I make 20+ cakes in a week. It is full on with 7 year old to look after. So please book your cakes way early. As I could not attend to last minute msg anymore. Thank you again.
