The Gourmet Tofu Burger was taken off the menu a few years ago, so when we took over we made sure to get our hands on the recipe A super delicious and unique patty with chunky, spicy tofu throughout, on a bed of house-made olive tapenade, topped with sun-dried tomatoes, avocado, carrot, mild chilli sauce and lettuce - it’s a real winner ... Just one of the many options you can try when we open on Monday! There will also be a selection of locally hand-crafted, organic teas available Gluten-free options are marked with GFA on the menu. As we have kept the original recipes (used since 1988!), there are only a few right now, however we plan to expand these to include a GF burger or sandwich option soon ... On Monday we are going to open our doors and start slinging burgers to all of you lovely people We will be opening 10.30-3.30 Monday-Friday, serving burgers, soup, smoothies and juices, as well as a selection of Cherry Darlings Bakehouse treats ... A full menu will be posted before we open, so that you can start making important decisions before you come in to see us Please note that seating will be limited due to COVID restrictions, but takeaway will be available. Please be patient with us during our opening days, as we work to get this machine functioning as smoothly as possible! This sort of thing is a testament to the history of this wonderful place, and we are so glad to be able to continue Robin’s legacy of 32 years. ...
