We love Diedrich roasters because they use infrared burners and heat exchangers, giving... us incredible control over both conductive and convective heat, meaning we can achieve amazing taste and consistency of roast each and every time. 08.01.2022 My favourite coffee experience was my first trip to Finca El Manzano in El Salvador. I cupped every single lot of coffee dried that week. It was something like ...100 different samples a day for a week. It was like cupping boot camp and really honed my understanding of cupping, processing and drying coffee. An incredibly eye opening experience and one Ill never forget. See more
