25.01.2022 The new Rude Boy metafit was a good leg workout which complemented Wednesday bootcamp. Well done to everyone and good to see some familiar faces returning being Neil Josh and Simon. And a reminder that during the winter months Saturday bootcamps have moved to Wednesday evenings at 6pm.
