24.01.2022 Before I turn off my phone for the rest of day and just BE, I want to give a VeRy BiG shoutout to the VERY BeSt and loveliest cleaners/caretakers/gardeners/huma...ns in town: Noel and Estelle!!! It has been a loooong and crazy time in the past 5 months. Knowing that Lavender Cottage was in the bestest of hands made it sooo much easier. I will be forever grateful!!

22.01.2022 We are now accepting bookings again. Carefully. And with a no-cancellation-fee-will-be-charged approach if travel restrictions spoil holiday plans. Below is ou...r availability update - only a couple of days are left for November, December and January as we leave 24 h before and after bookings which means a 2-day stay blocks out 4 days... Because it’s easier (but perhaps a little confusing) I am posting here the dates Lavender Cottage is currently NOT available: November 9-16 19-30 December 4-7 11-15 18-31 January 1-27

10.01.2022 Just had Mark, the marvellous local tree guy over to remove some branches which over-extended their reach. How good is it to have good tools? ... I spent the ...previous days bumbling around with my rusty, tiny saw... Mark pulls out his super saw on steroids and brrrrmmmm - all gone in seconds!! The kids play area - what a transformation!
