23.01.2022 FUN FACT FOR THE DAY... When I first opened VENUS it was not planned. It was an opportunity that literally fell in my lap... on paper it was a ridiculous idea - I was definitely not ready nor prepared to run a business. Yet my intuition was SCREAMING at me to take the opportunity... So I dove headfirst into the deep end.... Fast forward to March 2020 and COVID hits. Ofcourse it affected us BIGTIME. What it also gave us though, was the opportunity to press PAUSE. It was in this moment that I realised how much pressure I was under Living this life of big dreams, big expectations, yet no foundations. So I stripped everything back, came back to base and decided to start all over again. So here we are back at Square 1. And we are doing things differently this time. These are our foundations. This is our journey. And we want YOU to join and grow with us. A half day workshop - a fun and light introduction to Yoga philosophy, asanas and translating everything you need to know to go into a class with confidence. You also get the benefit of making new friends and connecting with like minded people! 2. An ongoing course over 4 weeks where we explore all of the above, with plenty of time for integration. You will also receive personalized practices to take home and course notes. 17.01.2022 TRUTH TALK... Hey Guys, Erin here and I just wanted to check in with you with whats been happening these last few weeks. We decided that we wanted to bring more CONSISTENCY into the studio. Better variety of classes, familiar + reliable teaching team and a timetable with PLENTY of options to suit your schedule.... The truth is though, being new in business its really hard to make such big decisions. Add into that a limited budget for wages, a bloody pandemic and a little touch of perfectionism and the result is a very indecisive Erin!! I know things have been a bit choppy and changey the last few weeks and Im so sorry :( BUT... The GOOD NEWS is, that the timetable is FINALLY finished. From now on, these times are set in stone. So the ONLY time our timetable will change in the future, is when we add more classes. I know how hard things have been for all of us during these times. So we want to be the beacon of light and keep our studio and your daily yoga fix CONSISTENT + RELIABLE. The world may be in chaos, but VENUS will always be here for you. X

If any of you have done a meditation with me in one of my classes you will find I draw the majority of my meditation teachings from this particular style of meditation. 10.01.2022 Hello my loves, Im sure youre all wondering whats happening at VENUS headquarters with the restrictions starting to lift so I just wanted to give you all a little update with where were at... Our business structure will be changing a little over the next few months. These changes are currently in development and when I have finalized everything you will be updated:)... We are still looking at MID JUNE for our in studio classes OUTDOOR TIMETABLE will be posted soon With our new structure we will be focusing more on our original concept of an EDUCATIONAL studio - with a couple of really exciting and beneficial courses coming to you BEGGINNERS YOGA COURSE will be added to the mix with 3 different modules - ASANAS: The Physical Practise.
