25.01.2022 Say hey to chef Gerald of Project Enoki, the man behind such dishes as Fillet-o-fish bao, laksa carbonara, mi goreng croquettes, Hainanese Pork Chop with Jatz coating and the list goes on. Gerald’s menu is as playful as it is delicious, fusing modern Australian and Singaporean flavours in a way that pokes fun at pop-culture trends but shows off his fine dining excellence. Remember, Project Enoki will only be at Verity Lane Market until the end of February so best get in now to try Gerald’s completely unique menu! We also advise you make a few trips back because it changes week to week.

24.01.2022 Artisanal pizza so good, it would make any Nonna proud. Hand crafted by Silvio Miceli, Pizza Artigiana combines simple, quality ingredients with a matured dough that will transport you to the streets of Italy. It’s more than just a delicious meal it’s an experience, and it’s available fresh from the oven at Verity Lane Market.

24.01.2022 Here you’ll see Chef Silvio of Pizza Artigiana in his natural habitat, whipping up artisan pizza in front of a fierce 400 degree oven

19.01.2022 Daddy John of Ramen Daddy slicing those chicken katsu sandos like there’s no tomorrow. Rest assured, he’s on the tools again tonight from 5pm. Bar opens from 4pm.

16.01.2022 We're putting the vote to you - do you think we should open for lunch?

15.01.2022 Our two most frequently asked questions, answered: 1. What are your opening hours? At the moment, we're operating Wednesday Saturday. The bar opens at 4pm and food starts from 5pm til late. But stay tuned because as the weather warms up, we will start to open for more hours!... 2. Do I need to book? Nope! For now, we’re walk in only and it’s first in best dressed. If your booking is for a group, we do recommend that a couple of people arrive earlier than anticipated to help you nab a table.

14.01.2022 OYSTER BAR We are thrilled to announce our pop-up oyster bar, operating every Thursday to Saturday for the remainder of the summer season! Premium appellation oysters, freshly shucked in front of your eyes and paired with a carefully selected, delicate French Muscadet wine to round off the experience. ... Each oyster has been hand picked and assessed by a Rock Oyster sommelier before making their way across to Verity Lane Market. They might well just be the best oysters you’ve ever tasted. We’ll see you for our first night of operation, tomorrow

12.01.2022 A quick reminder to all those who are attempting to make bookings. While we are working so hard to implement a system for large bookings as soon as possible, at this time we are still walk-in only. Please keep an eye out on our socials because we’ll let you know just as soon as you’re able to place a booking with us! Stay tuned. Stay cool. Stay classy.

08.01.2022 Project Enoki have made quite the impact in their first few days of service at Verity Lane. While they’re new to Canberra’s hospo scene, head chef Gerald is basically a veteran, having spent most of his career in one of the city’s finest Pan-Asian kitchens, Chairman & Yip. A growing favourite on his ever-changing menu is the sambal lemon sole and banana leaf. We’ve even seen patrons go back for extra servings of sauce, it’s that good.... Best get in quick to experience the Project Enoki menu, because Gerald wraps up his Verity Lane kitchen in March, when he heads back to Singapore.

07.01.2022 From a bar that serves up some different drops, we bring you the 2019 Tonic Wines Grenache It’s the highest ever scoring vintage of this rare SA Grenache and is made in McLaren Vale & Clare Valley. Produced in painfully small amounts, it may just be the best tonic wine you’ll have ever tasted. The perfect accompaniment to your time at Verity Lane Market this weekend.

03.01.2022 Fries with Ramen Gravy - a Ramen Daddy take on a classic snack and an absolute must try when visiting Verity Lane Market

01.01.2022 When the sun is shining, there's no better place to perch yourself for a beverage (or two) than our deck. Bringing iconic Verity Lane to life and creating a laneway culture like no other in Canberra.
