14.01.2022 Get 2 tennis balls for $2. Place them either side of your spine lying on your back & roll up & down. Very strong massage for thoracic & upper back however cheap & helps u open up ur shoulders. Uf its too painful start by lying on a rolled up towel. The towel lies along ur spine same direction. Most women r weaker in our upper body & with age we need to keep stretching open our chest. Itll help realign ur shoulders with prac. Another easier way is to use tennis ball against the wall & roll up & down sore spot.



14.01.2022 It took more than 10-20yrs or more to make your body tight, bent & in pain. Unfortunately this means its going to take more than one massage one osteopathic treatment one strength training session to realign your body. Spending $ & time on your body is worth it so u enjoy your retirement

08.01.2022 Just spent another $700 on upper body massages to release all the tension & reallign my upper body. Hoping only a few more sessions & ill b totally straight. Only took me 17yrs but i got there. I havent been able to stand straight since i was about 12 & im now 56.

Its extremely important to maintain lower body strength with aging. Walking up & down stairs is another free exercise u can do.
