25.01.2022 Let’s talk about grout. Not all grouts are equal. The easiest way to test this is to use a standard cement-based grout in a high traffic kitchen. Cement based grouts are porous. Over time they will absorb moisture leading to deterioration, discolouration and bacterial growth. That’s why we recommend using epoxy grout, particularly in commercial kitchens.
