I know the world is a little bit scary right now, and without adding to the fretfulness of it all, I wanted to share with you how we are ensuring Verve is a safe and clean environment for you during this time. We always make hygiene and cleanliness an utmost priority, so most of these measures are not new!... - Hand sanitiser is now available for you on the front desk as you enter and exit the practice - Dr Em is washes her hands between each appointment, and you are always welcome to use the sink in the adjusting room - Door handles and chair rests are regularly disinfected throughout the day - The chiropractic table is being wiped down with disinfectant between each person - Ensuring space between bookings where possible (we enjoy our slower pace!) - If you are feeling unwell, please get in touch to reschedule - Please be aware that if Dr Em is feeling unwell we will reschedule your appointment Otherwise we are open and caring for the community and will be doing so until we are given instruction otherwise! During this time it is more important than ever to ensure a healthy body and immune system. Here are some suggestions to keep your body well: Eat as many fresh fruits and vegetables as possible Reduce your sugar Drink more water Move your body! Enjoy a walk in nature to soak up the fresh air and sunshine Be kind to each other If you are feeling stressed or uneasy, practice meditation or mindfulness Ensure you are getting enough sleep and rest Get adjusted to ensure your nervous system is functioning optimally Please reach out if there is anything I can do to support you.
