22.01.2022 Another shining review! Verve Group has recently been collecting a lot of feedback from financial planning clients. Here's a recent review of Matt from a Verve Group client: "We have been a client of Matt Carberry for a number of years after he was highly recommended to us by a friend. ... At the time we were seeking a financial adviser with an approachable personality, keen financial knowledge, skills and expertise to safely assist our transition from full-time work into retirement. Regular meetings to forensically map and analyse our share portfolio, superannuation and investments. Through his knowledge we were able to consolidate our resources under a management plan that resulted in peace of mind for all our financial investments. The effective and efficient planning and mapping of our retirement funds has enabled us to feel confident in weathering this Covid19 crisis. Meticulous financial planning has 'built' in strategies to counter the financial crisis Australia. Verve Group regularly communicates and follows up on any detail, question or issue we have has resulted in action and/or clarity. We have recommended his business and services to a number of our closest friends." - Mark and Sandy, 56-65 years old Book a free initial consult with Verve Group today: https://bit.ly/2ZJS6R0

05.01.2022 Verve Group has recently been collecting a lot of feedback from financial planning clients. We've been so humbled to read the shining reviews coming through for our advisers Craig Holly and Matthew Carberry. Here's a recent review of Craig from a Verve Group client:... "Craig has been my financial adviser since before he joined Verve. He gave me advice on dealing with my late wife's estate, which had been a difficult affair as she died without leaving a will. He explained the problems clearly and concisely, and helped to enable the whole process to finally be resolved in a satisfactory manner. Since then, he has continued to advise me regarding investment, tax and eventual retirement, and I am confident that I can rely on his judgement and advice." - David At Verve Group, we pride ourselves on providing clear financial advice and steering clear of any industry jargon that doesn't add any value for our clients. 05.01.2022 Thinking about selling up the family home for something smaller? Here are five things to consider before selling your home during a recession.

04.01.2022 July's market summary is up on the Verve Group blog! Spiking virus numbers in Victoria, in particular, are a concern for the shape of the anticipated economic rebound. Border restrictions are expected to remain in place for an extended period, halting tourism and affecting the normal movement of goods and services.... Unemployment rose to 7.4% in June, a jump of more than 2% from pre-crisis levels. This has significant implications for the Treasury; the JobKeeper program is costing more than $10 billion per month. Proposed changes to the scheme mean additional unemployment benefits could be paid until March 2021, although plans remain under review and subject to change.
