We would just like to say that even though we didn't take out the win on Saturday night, we are EXTREMELY proud to make it to the Top 5 Finalists out of 114 nominee's for the Health Beauty and Well-being Section in 2020. This year has been an emotional roller-coaster!! From a complete re-brand, then having to shut down for covid and having think outside the box to serve our clients (many of them coming out of isolation weighing less than th...ey went in), to then moving studio's and all while we try to keep our own health and fitness up, Jackie trying to keep her full-time day job, Miki trying to keep children alive and ALL the rest!! but we wouldn't have it any other way!!! Let’s get to know her a little better!... How long have you been a trainer? Just over 5 years! All of those years spent at VIBE!! How would you describe your training personality? I’m goofy, it’s as simple as that BUT, you don’t get away with taking the easy way out with me, I want you to have fun, but I want you to work hard! Favourite kind of workout and why? 7 minutes of burpees no really, I love burpees! If I had to pick a style it would probably be something where I just need to grind away! I love short workouts, I love long workouts, just a workout where your end result can always be bettered! Favourite workout tunes? Country music , pop punk & heavy metal - don’t worry, the first & third one don’t get played during bootcamp How do you stay motivated when times are tough? The moment I stopped working out for my physical appearance, the more motivated I became! I remind myself that I move my body for my mind, I always feel on top of the world after a workout! Exercise gives you endorphins! Endorphins make you happy!

08.01.2022 Our 12 Week Challenge ended last week and we have some great results/ achievements to share! Starting with ome of our mummy's, Carli Her before and afters show her hard work and we are super proud of her! Carli has finished the 12 Week Challenge and straight onto starting our 10 Day detox in time for Christmas ... What a superstar!
