22.01.2022 First big project for the year ,fixing up this cluster f**k .All their expensive comms gear spewing out of a cabinet , server and switch sitting on a desk with a phone number just in case it goes pear shaped ! Powerboard upon powerboard Gees !! Moved all the cabling into a spare room (including fibre),larger cabinet ,bit of ventilation ,power rail ,pretty as a picture and not a minefield of faults ,near misses and potential OHS issues ...yes there are people in this office . Here's to many more in 2021

22.01.2022 An example of what we do in the data cabling space. A customer site in north Victoria had a communications rack literally fall off the wall exposing cabling, NBN devices, phone systems and networking infrastructure. This put severe strain on their internal and external communications. Vibe to the rescue! We relocated all cabling and equipment to a free standing rack after a rather interesting drive on dirt roads. Crisis averted and the client's communications are now back to normal. Photos aren't the best but you get the general idea!

21.01.2022 An example of what we in the trade call a "cluster". In a dingy area under the stairs in inner city Melbourne what the a medical professional thought was satisfactory for their communications /I.T needs .As it turns out it was not !! A few hours later , well its still a dark ,dingy place under the stairs but redundant equipment removed , powerboards reduced to 1 as opposed to 4 or 5 . And fault finding much easier . Ready to connect to NBN !!

06.01.2022 Very honored and proud for my company Vibe Voice and Data to be part of the "Pink Stumps Day" organized by the Fountain Gate Cricket Club . The event is to raise money for the McGrath Foundation which funds breast care nurses all over the country! They do a sterling job! With 1 in 8 women being diagnosed with breast cancer before the age of 85, they are aiming to help close the breast care nursing gap. It was a great day and everything in sight was Pink ....including my nail...s. Big thanks to Michael Kelaart for getting me involved and everyone else (especially Shirley Cutler)at the club for making me and my team feel so welcome. It's good to be back! And remember, cancer touches nearly everyone in some way. You can't be too careful, get it checked out if you're not sure.

06.01.2022 One of our competitors told one of our new clients a while ago that the back of someones desk was apparently a great place for all of their Comms/IT devices to be located...Yeah great Hot and dusty and not to mention a big distraction for the poor staff member who had to put up with the noise and heat generated by such equipment. It's also a massive fault finding nightmare!! 01.01.2022 Hello friends of Vibe. 2019 has been pretty ordinary for me , personally have endured some sad times . Buts its time to bounce back HARD !!!! So I've decided to start my 2019 in March . January and February can go to buggery and stay in buggery. My year and rest of Hexty starts in March 2019 , maybe the new and improved version ? Definitely ,maybe... I've decided on a small challenge which is competing in a triathlon . I used to do these in the early - mid noughties but I haven't done one in, I dunno 14 years . Have always prided myself in keeping fit which is sometimes a struggle with business and things gettin in the way . But stuff it I'm going to do the 2XU Triathlon on the 31st of March 2019 in Catani Gardens, St Kilda , 750m swim, 26k bike and 5k run , so yeah there ya go , not Olympic distance but I couldn't give a stuff about that . Its having a crack that counts ! Its also a fundraiser too for Beyond Blue . I don't suffer from depression myself but know plenty of people who do and unfortunately some people who are no longer with us because of it . Its a great cause and one that affects nearly bloody everyone .
