17.01.2022 Movement for EVERY body and every age I have been working with this stunning lady for almost a year. Not 12 months ago she was experiencing a lot of mobility issues and extreme lack of balance and weekly Pilates and Hypervibe she moves like a goddess. At 76 she is such a beautiful inspiration for so many. Bravo gorgeous Carolan

06.01.2022 This gorgeous woman was right there from the beginning . The first one through my doors when it all began ( we were actually zooming all through lock down too!) and she shows up with a smile 4 times a week to do Pilates and Hypervibe with me. I’m a lucky girl. Spoilt with anniversary champers and flowers and mostly importantly friendship . Did I mention she drives 40 mins each way to do class at VBS!!! So blessed
