23.01.2022 As the Covid-19 crisis progresses, we have been carefully following the recommendations of the Australian Health Protection Principal Committee (AHPPC), Australian Dental Association (ADA) and the Australian Society of Orthodontists (ASO) in implementing the highest standards of safety for our patients and staff, and their families. As such, Victoria Park Orthodontics is currently limiting the patients we see to emergency care only. Please be assured, all our patients are ha...ving their treatment carefully reviewed by their Orthodontist to determine the next steps, and their appointments are being rescheduled as required. We understand this may be upsetting for some and may delay treatment progress, but this is extremely important in helping minimise any potential spread of Covid-19. Please also be assured we are still available 8:30am to 5pm Monday to Friday to answer all phone calls and emails. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause but we have everyone’s best interests at heart. Please note, iPads, coffee stations, magazines, kids toys etc have been removed from the waiting areas. We have also increased the number of hand sanitizers present in the clinic, provided areas to thoroughly wash hands, spaced chairs in the waiting area, and all staff are routinely disinfecting all surfaces extremely thoroughly.
