18.01.2022 On this day in 1977, the 6.09am from Mount Victoria in the Blue Mountains, NSW, ploughed into the Bold Street Bridge at Granville Station, killing 84 people, injuring 213 and affecting hundreds of others when the bridge collapsed onto top of a train. We remember those who tragically lost their lives, and honor the brave men and women of the NSW rescue services who risked their lives to save others and help the injured.
