19.01.2022 Working close with DELWP Hume Region. This is a first in a little series featuring huts in this area.
17.01.2022 Huts can look very picturesque in the beautiful snow, but huts are so much more, they are lifesaving refuge shelters that are needed and have been used in this... very remote and what can be extremely life threatening landscape for 100's of years. The history of each hut and its builders can be very different, but the reason for building it is always the same... shelter. Look after the huts in the High Country and if you need to use them and the firewood, please replace the wood before you leave for the next person, you could be saving a life! See more
