09.01.2022 Think we had the same level of enthusiasm, while it lasted.

08.01.2022 Thanks Colin Keane, great use of data. Work in progress. Fitness training #1 400mtr run around oval under 110 seconds.... After doing this you should still feel good. This is equal to a full DE bout both in travel time and pace. Your average pace should be close to 4 min per km. This pace is a Best benchmark set by Oz top fencers. Therefore, if you can do 3 laps with a 30sec break in between and still feel good then your fitness is ok for 3 full DEs. Feeling good is measured by heart rate, but basically you need to pull up fresh each time. Pieter Leeuwenburgh

07.01.2022 Well done Adriano Morandini 1st place at U20 state competition , = 3rd to Jacob and Anton Ohrt. Meredith Yates places =3rd at U20 state competition.
