25.01.2022 We've asked our wonderful Centre Director, Lakita Seigafo, a few get-to-know-you questions and uncovered even things we didn't know! Thanks for being such an invaluable part of the team, Lakita 1. What is something no one knows about you? I play dodgeball internationally and have represented the Australian team since 2015. I have had the opportunity to play in countries such as Manchester UK, Malaysia, New York USA, Canada and I will go to Hong Kong this year for the 2019 ...Asian Pacific Cup. 2. What is a hobby you enjoy outside of work? I enjoy playing sport, binge watching Netflix series & spending quality time with my family especially my nieces and nephew. 3. How long have you worked for our company? I have worked for the company for just over 9 years and transferred over from our Preston centre early February this year when the Templestowe centre opened its doors. 4. What is the best thing about your role as Director in your centre? The best thing about my role as a Director is the relationships you build with the families, children & educators. Watching children begin their journey with us and how much they grow and become people of their own in such a short amount of time. I also love the feeling of accomplishment after a child has overcome separation anxiety and the parents leave with a big smile on their face and a sigh of relief.

We believe its one of the things that sets us firmly apart from other centres around us. But what does this actually mean when it comes to your little one every day? Put simply, it means we treat your family like our family! We welcome your children like our own children. They are an extension of our family. Relationships are important to us.... We are nimble, we listen to our parents and staff. Unlike the big corporate owned centres, we very much tailor our service to your needs and our local area. We are not at the behest of shareholders and tight budgets defined by a head office. We value our staff and families like our family and thats why we have very low staff turnover.
