Villa Beach has absolutely everything a family could ask for on their holiday! The large spacious suites affords any family the space to spread out and unpack (you don't get this in a hotel). The Villa Beach team also supply a great assortment of pool equipment (these are the things we forget or are too hard to pack) and even supply scooters for the kids to scoot into Palm Cove for afternoon drinks and or dinner. Nothing is too much trouble for hosts Bev and Fury, so very helpful with recommendations for day (and night) activities. There is much to see and do in this part of the world. (Perhaps the oldest contestant this year??!!) & hopes to complete the race today in under 16hours! This IRONMAN event includes 3.8km swim at Palm Cove (right out the front here at Villa Beach) 180km bike ride along the coast and through the rainforest to Port Douglas then ride back to Cairns 42.2km run through Cairns along the marina, lagoon, Esplanade Wow!
