23.01.2022 My dearest friend and kick ass Ashtanga teacher, Allison Dearling from Live and Breathe Yoga (Townsville) has gifted us this led class for us to enjoy. Allison is also developing online classes so if you’re challenged practising at home, tune in to Live and Breathe and spend some time with Allison! https://www.facebook.com/liveandbreatheyoga/videos/904212910010453/

23.01.2022 Our days have been filled with...lots of being and not a lot of doing

20.01.2022 A big shout out to the crew from @sadhana.siargao for making me feel super welcomed and part of the gang. It’s been awesome practicing here with you and a special thanks to Arlien who made everything super easy and to @tarikthami who’s humble, encouraging and enabling approach to teaching was just what I needed! You guys rock

19.01.2022 Well...it’s been an amazing few months of travel. Here are a few pics of where I’ve been and what I’ve been up to in a quick summary! From Mysore, India, we travelled north to Hampi, a lovely and picturesque little place full of history. Next we headed north to Rajasthan, where we travelled about and met up with some of our dearest friends. From here we headed across to see visit the Taj Mahal! Then we headed east to Varanasi . From here we headed further north to the stunning Darjeeling! Then to Myanmar and now we are in the Phillipines!! I’ve been learning loads about my practice (always learning!!), myself, being in relationship and how beautiful life is. Love you guys and can’t wait to see you all!! X

19.01.2022 I have some exciting news! These 2 legends (Mr Jelly Bean as site foreman) have been working very hard here at Village Yoga Life HQ to build us a very special yoga shala. I don’t have an ETA as yet but I’ll keep you guys posted with progress. It’s going to be the best ever and I can’t wait to share it with you!

15.01.2022 These guys! When we first brought Castro home, Jelly wanted to eat him - he did not like him one bit!! On the other hand, Castro thought Jelly was the ants pants and totally wanted to be BFFs. Somehow, with time and I think Castro’s insistence of being present with love for Jelly (no matter how much Jelly growled at him), they seem to love and appreciate one another. Jelly has become more playful and Castro’s a little more chilled. I can’t help but reflect on how this is also a wonderful process for life, practice and love

06.01.2022 Here are the details of our first Mysore Picnic for 2020 and its going to be scrummy! I’m in the Phillipines at the moment so I don’t think the start and finish times are shown as our Aussie time. To be sure, we start at 7:45am and will be finished by 10:00am. Places are limited so if you’re keen to come, let me know as soon as you can. I’m super excited to come home and see you all

06.01.2022 Woo hoo! It’s here! Virtual classes at Live and Breathe Yoga I’ve already booked in for a weeks worth of classes. Who else am I going to see in class???

04.01.2022 A few progress pics of Village Yoga Life’s Shala. Still have lots to go but check out our timber floor - it’s going to be lovely (with a good sand)! We (Nick) salvaged most of the timber we’ve used to restore this place (from an old building on our property and from a salvage yard) and I imagine all of the stories the timber has to tell now being woven into this space where we will create more stories and beautiful memories. My heart is full as I sit here and imagine us rolling out our mats early in the morning - candles will light up the space, we’ll feel the warmth of the space and each other’s energies, we chant the Opening Mantra and we begin our practice - simply moving and breathing. This will be our safe space . Super grateful to my lovely, clever man for making this all possible!

03.01.2022 Just made a fresh batch of chai mix for our Mysore Breakfast Picnic this Saturday. Every batch is different so let’s see how this one soothes our souls

03.01.2022 Well...my month in Mysore has ended with my last practice this morning. I feel full! Full of gratitude and love for this practice, for my teacher, my loved ones and the awesome job I have back home that allows me to do this!! Now for our next adventure

02.01.2022 This morning’s rooftop practice...very beautiful...the pup and the monkeys were a little distracting.
