21.01.2022 We are very proud to stock Underground Spirits Shiraz Gin with Tasmanian Pepperberries, from their local and award-winning distillery right here in Canberra. The fruity and juicy characters of the Shiraz elements are achieved by maturing the gin for 2 months in Shiraz oak barrels sourced from local winemakers. A match made in heaven!

15.01.2022 Valued customers, Amidst the growing fears around the spread of COVID-19, we would like to take this opportunity to reassure our guests that our venue remains a safe place to dine and visit. All our staff are following the recommendations passed down by health professionals and that of the ACT Department of Health.... Additional to our existing high health and safety standards, we have implemented supplementary measures to ensure our venue remains safe. * Our staff are briefed on heightened hygiene practices after handling used utensils. * Hand sanitiser is located at all entry points and bathrooms. * All guests are requested to sanitise upon entry. * Additional staff are employed to disinfect and sanitise public areas such as bathrooms, bar tops, door handles and all surfaces that are accessible to the public. * Any staff member displaying signs of sickness are asked to remain at home.
