In today’s day and age where customer service is often outsourced, impersonal, slow and, quite frankly, really average, I’d like to give a huge shoutout to the South Australian business RAA (Royal Automobile Association of South Australia). I got in touch with my car insurance, RAA, today via their online chat. I had lots of questions about insuring a vehicle for business purposes (which I haven’t done before). ... Not only was their service absolutely impeccable, competent, prompt, friendly, personalised, and LOCAL, but also did I bond with the chat agent Eb over supporting local business and the love of wine (small excerpt below). super impressed by this service, RAA - that’s a keeper, 10/10!
