24.01.2022 There are soooo many opportunities for STEM learning in everyday life, when you know how to look for them. This morning I wanted to share this moment of joy with you. My toddler was inspired by Playschool and so we made a "marble thingy" the other day which the "shop keeper" sold me this morning. We've been having fun exploring what will fit down the tube and trying to get them to land in the "house". It's this kind of exploration and child-centred creativity you can expect in Greg's STEAM Tinker and Build session on 16th December. Bookings link in the comments.

18.01.2022 Experimenting with summer workshop ideas. I think these ice sculpture artworks would be wonderful for junior primary. What do you think? We'd experiment, explore and create with ice and then use the ice inspiration for other artworks and stories.

03.01.2022 So thrilled with my new t-shirt which arrived this morning that I just have to share it with you all! This is one of my recent most favouritest sayings, though I'm not usually a sayingsy kind of person. Why this one? Being someone who is highly sensitive and never really feeling like I fitted into a neat box, it has sometimes felt like hard work to be me in the world. But as I've grown deeper roots in knowing and accepting ALL the parts of myself (even the ones which I've fou...nd hard to love!), I know this to be so TRUE.
