02.01.2022 Well done to our client of the month Kate Meares Kate has been with Vision now for 2 months, and within that time has already achieved amazing results. In the short time she has been here Kate has managed to lose 7.6kg fat mass! How did she do it? Two personal training sessions a week ... Consistently tracking her food and hitting her daily macronutrients intake Consistently turning up to her scheduled group classes each week Kate has also made great progress in her weight’s sessions, squatting half and deadlifting 75% of her bodyweight.
