17.01.2022 SOLD in 1 WEEK!!! I couldn't be more delighted for my clients. They sought and followed my advice. We moved furniture around and brought in some new pieces too. Each room was styled to look it's very best. An auction had been planned with a 4 week marketing campaign - it was not to be. 40 private viewings and 10 written offers within 5 days led to 'best and final' offers being requested. The house is sold and my clients are thrilled.
