25.01.2022 The smile says it all - Blaises first bottles of Australian (grown, crushed & crafted) apple cider vinegar are finally ready to share. Over the next 12 months Gagas will have saved 75 tonnes of organic Australian apples (albeit slightly too ugly for retail shelves). Ask your favourite store to stock Gagas Australian ACV.

19.01.2022 Today marks Korean Kimchi Day. As if we needed an excuse to celebrate this tasty ferment. There are hundreds of different types of kimchi but our recipe features cabbage, carrot, fresh ginger, gochugaru (Korean red pepper), garlic, onion, pink mineral salt & absolutely no starter cultures.

16.01.2022 Raw Probiotic Brownie's: Base: 1 c. raw almonds 1/2 c. raw cashews... 1 1/2 c. pitted dates 1/4 c. raw bavarian / moroccan powerkraut 4-5 Tbs. cocao powder 1 Tbs. cashew / peanut butter 1 Tbs. raw honey (optional) Chocolate Topping: 1/4 c. cacao butter 3 Tbs. coconut oil 2 Tbs. cocao powder drizzle of maple syrup / raw honey Cooking Directions: 1. Combine all base ingredients in a food processor 2. Press evenly into a baking dish (8 x 8") 3. Place in refrigerator while making the topping 4. Melt all chocolate topping ingredients over medium heat on the stove - stirring frequently 5. Pour straight over the base and spread evenly 6. Refrigerate for a few hours until ready to eat 7. Cut up and enjoy!

Protect your skin biome by avoiding anything anti-bacterial" thatll destroy the balance on your skin. As with your gut, greater diversity in the skin biome is preferable to less diversity.

Soon to be a stoneground rye and buckwheat loaf so much tastier and not to mention more nutritious than using packaged bakers yeast. These are the wonders of real living food.
