21.01.2022 Cooking fish has never been so easy. I stuffed a baby barramundi with garlic, lemon, fresh dill and seasoning wrapped it in baking paper and aluminum foil and left to cook on the bbq for 12 mins on each side. It was an absolutely melt in your mouth, perfectly cooked flavoursome fish.



20.01.2022 To many, cauliflower rice doesn’t sound very appealing BUT once you have made it this way, you will be converted! Preheat your oven to 180 degrees and prepare a tray with baking paper. Make your rice by placing cauliflower florets into a blender and pulse until finely chopped but don’t do it for too long so that it doesn’t become mushy.... Place the cauliflower on your tray and season with salt, ground cumin and ground coriander. Season enough so that the cauliflower absorbs the colour of the seasonings. Bake in the oven for 45-60 mins, tossing occasionally. You want it to become crispy. The crispier, the better . Remove from the oven and add some freshly chopped parsley . It can be used to replace rice / couscous or even eaten cold as a base of a poke bowl or salad.

17.01.2022 Today’s gorgeous summer’s day inspired me to make my poached chicken vermicelli salad for dinner. Vermicelli noodles Poached chicken Julienned carrots... Sliced cucumber Red cabbage and Spring onion Dressed with a sweet chilli and soy sauce.
